Apple Pie

Busy day, this is the last and final “do ahead” thing I can do before tomorrow. Spent today, baking a pumpkin roll, preparing bruchetta, roasting garlic, making cranberry sauce and then I baked this apple pie. Yeah, I know I’m not so good with the pretty edges on the crust, but I assure you the taste is supurb!
