Beating a dead horse
While everyone is up in arms as to whether or not Michael Richards is a racist. I just want to point out that while you were debating whether or not to join in on the Seinfeld season 7 boycott, Trent Lott, a far more dangerous racist, was recently appointed as the minority leader. Perhaps we should stop caring about racists in comedy clubs where political policy is the butt of jokes and look toward the racists who are continuously elected to office and now hold seats of power and can do far more damage to this country.
