Book Events!
This weekend, in Aurora, IL is the Midwest Literary Arts Festival it is very easy to get to by Metra from downtown. Just hop the BNSF line to Aurora and then there will be signs, to the festival, but it’s pretty much just up the street from the train station, totally walking distance. Harry Shearer and Joyce Carol Oates will both be there. There will be all sorts of talks on all things book related. Writers workshops will be going on and I bet there will even be books on sale.
