Screw cap wine
So one of the blogs I read fairly often is Fermentation And in a post today he mentions an email he got that was forwarded by a wine maker. It’s a letter from a consumer to the wine maker talking about how befuddled the consumer was to this new fangled cap the wine had. You must read the letter
Is this person new to wine or is he such a wine snob that he couldn’t fathom that the “foil” around the top of the bottle wasn’t hiding a cork but was in fact a screw top?
