SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!
So everyone’s discussing the election, newspapers, TV, bloggers… I’m not worried about Bush and his cronies ruining the world….we’ve been here before and we’ll still be here in 4 years…feeling more resolve and banded together for change.
No….what I’m really worried about is this:
The Arctic is warming almost twice as fast as the rest of the planet due to global warming, according to an eight-nation report compiled by 250 scientists. “The big melt has begun,” said Jennifer Morgan, director of the WWF’s global climate change campaign.
I read that Venice is under water too.
Is this the end? Has the movie The Day After Tomorrow come to pass? Will we all die in an arctic storm? Will tornadoes hit Hollywood? Are we in for a new ice age?
I’m feeling a bit chilly….where’s my sweater?
