I have fallen in love with Ginger Snap Cookies My Grandmother used to give these cookies to us when we went to visit her. They came out of a brown package much like the one pictured here. They were hard as a rock, so if you didn’t dip them in something you’d break your teeth eating them. I found these cookies made by Stauffer’s at my local grocery store, they also sometimes have them at Big Lots. They are just like the ones Grandma had. Hard as a rock, so you need to dip them in coffee or milk before you can even consider biting into them. The Lemon Snap cookies are good too, not as rock hard as the ginger snaps.
The Same company also sells the Hello Panda cookies. I’ve only seen these at Asian specialty stores. But I did recently see them at Borders bookstore. They’re cute little cookies with some chocolate filling inside. Pretty tasty, really and they wont break your teeth either.
