Weekend
This weekend I went to a Sies De Mayo party. (Zes has photos)
I made both vegetarian and chicken enchiladas.
Rocco the Gnome helped me.
The vegetarian was a rather elaborate recipe from Food Network. I didn’t quite follow it much. It was more of a guideline. As for the chicken ones, well, that’s my personal recipe and I added some of the left over veggies from the veggie one. Rocco was great and he had fun at the party.
