Grrr Arguh
So I’ve gotta call the gas company… I’ve fallen a bit behind paying the bill and now they have sent the evil RED letter threatening to turn me off. So I’ve called to try and get them a quick payment. Their stupid system tells you each time you call that they are busy and to call back later. Then once you actually get past that stupid recording (which takes multiple redials) then you sit on hold for at LEAST 1/2 an hour…only to find out that you’ve called the WRONG NUMBER and have to call some other fucking number and sit on hold there for like another 55 minutes! This is INSANE. Why do they say they are open 24 hours if they don’t even get you partially connected without you having to redial 800 times? Then… why does their stupid recording constantly tell you that it’s better to call Wed-Fri. Yeah, whatever. They just need to hire more people to man their phones. Cuz this is insane! If I could live without the gas company I would… cuz they are EVIL!!
